Services

Get Pressure Washing Services provides professional pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services in Katy, TX and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Service pricing is based on estimates provided after evaluating the specific property and work requested. Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if the scope of work changes or if conditions are different from what was described or visible during the estimate.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided through our website, phone, or in person are non-binding estimates of the expected cost. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual scope of work differs from what was originally assessed. Any price changes will be communicated to you before work begins.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We make every effort to complete services on the scheduled date. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will contact you as soon as possible if a reschedule is needed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts, net-30 payment terms may be available upon approval.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning work and does not apply to pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be fully removed, or issues unrelated to our services.

Property Access and Preparation

By scheduling our services, you grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon cleaning work. You are responsible for:

  • Providing access to outdoor water spigots
  • Moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal items away from work areas
  • Ensuring pets are secured during the service
  • Closing all windows and doors before the service begins
  • Informing us of any known hazards, fragile items, or areas that should be avoided

Liability

Get Pressure Washing Services carries liability insurance to cover damage that may occur during our work. We take precautions to protect your property, but we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces, paint, or materials
  • Damage caused by defective or deteriorated building materials
  • Stains or discoloration that cannot be fully removed
  • Damage to items left in work areas that were not moved before service
